How to heat lunch during a General Santos City Brownout

I live in General Santos City, Philippines right now and suffer from the 7 HOUR BROWNOUTS almost everyday (read more here).   As General Santos City is one of the hottest cities here in the Philippines, this is what I did to heat my lunch when there was a brownout.

This is how you heat your food during a brownout:
Assemble everything on a plate.
Put on hood of car.
Put food cover on.
Let the sun do the work :)
