General Santos City, Philippines
I live in General Santos City, Philippines (read here why) and the city has been plagued from everyday brownouts. It used to be 3 hours, went up to 4 hours and now has been extended to an unbearable 7 HOURS!Update: Since May, brownouts have been reduced to 2.5 hours.
Here's the schedule of Socoteco2 brownout for June 17-23, 2013, which duration is at 2.5 hours. In order to know what group you fall in, you should know your Feeder Assignment.
SOCOTECO II, however, will implement the scheduled brownout ONLY IF NECESSARY. In cases where in their demand can be accommodated by their power suppliers, some areas may be spared from the rotational brownout.
