10:30 a.m. :  Checked out of Best Western Klassique Sukhumvit to go to DMK, Don Mueang International Airport.  Traffic was good so we got there in just 45 minutes.  

SOCOTECO 2 BROWNOUT SCHEDULE JUNE 17-23, 2013

I live in General Santos City, Philippines (read here why) and the city has been plagued from everyday brownouts.  It used to be 3 hours, went up to 4 hours and now has been extended to an unbearable 7 HOURS!  

Update:  Since May, brownouts have been reduced to 2.5 hours.

This hotel is hard to find.  Although we were provided directions in Thai, the cab driver still had a difficult time finding it.  He called the hotel for directions and still got lost.  Eventually found it though as I kept on looking at the map which was in English.  I told the driver to make a u-turn under the Phra Kanong bridge.  He eventually understood and made a u turn under the bridge before it reached the toll expressway. Just right after the u turn was the hotel.

I haven't been able to post for a while now as my laptop screwed up. Good thing I have an android and if I can get a good internet connection, maybe I can make a quick post (whole day yesterday and the other day this page wouldn't even load), also kinda hard typing letters with the android keyboard :(

SOCOTECO II Feeders Assignment for the General Santos City Brownouts

Since moving here to General Santos City (read here), I have experienced daily brownouts.  Since February, we have been enduring 7 hour rotational brownouts.  With this happening, it is better to know your Feeder Assignment and current brownout schedule so that you would (approximately) know when the brownout would strike.

Update: As of May 2013, daily brownouts have been reduced to two and half hours.
