Google paid tribute to Earth Day with a doodle and illustrates it with earth, caves, a mountain, a river with drumstick looking fishes, stones and green surroundings which illustrates a healthy earth. In the stone located on the right below your screen, there is a search icon their that if you clicked it, you will be redirected to Google search and give you results of Earth Day 2013.
